1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Verify Guard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Verify Guard is a SaaS platform that provides asset verification services for digital asset creators. The Service automates user verification via Discord roles and manages customer orders through custom forms, Telegram notifications, and automated workflows.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Verify Guard offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Max) with different features and limits. Current plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Abuse or harass other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Verify Guard and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Verify Guard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
